  • Free for orders over €95 (Spain and Portugal)
  • Europe: flat rate of €14
  • Delivery time: between 24 and 72 hours from order confirmation

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address you provide, as long as it is within our delivery area:

  • Spain and Portugal
  • Other European Union countries (check availability)

You will receive an email from our logistics operator with delivery information.

Balearic Islands

  • Orders from Monday to Thursday: 48 hours
  • Orders from Friday to Sunday: up to 4 days

International

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any item after your purchase, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.


How to request a return?

To initiate a return, you must contact us through the contact form available on our website, indicating:

  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return

Once we receive your request, we will respond with instructions for managing the return.


Return at Pickup Point (GLS)

We offer the possibility of making the return through a GLS pickup point:

  • Spain (Mainland): free return
  • International returns: cost of €14

After contacting us within the 30-day period, we will provide you with access to drop off your package at a nearby GLS point without needing to print a label (you will receive a code or QR by email).


Return at Your Own Expense

You can also make the return by sending the package on your own account, assuming the shipping costs.

Shipping Conditions

  • We do not accept shipments with collect on delivery or cash on delivery
  • We recommend requesting a tracking number from the carrier
  • TRUCCO is not responsible for packages not received at the warehouse
  • Shipments must be made during business hours (08:00 to 15:00)

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original tags
  • It is recommended to use the original packaging or one that ensures proper protection

Refund

Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The maximum period for refund is 14 business days, which may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.


Exchanges

We do not process exchanges for items purchased online.

If you need a different size or model, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

The refund will be made using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of the merchandise.
