a) Countries in which items can be purchased online
We deliver to Spain (mainland and islands), Portugal, France, UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Switzerland and Norway) as long as it is within the metropolitan European continent.
Our online store is available in Spanish and English. You may switch languages at any time whilst browsing by clicking on the button situated at the top of the page.
c) Online and offline prices
Online store prices are unique and non-transferable to the offline channel. Online store prices do not have to match those shown in the physical stores around the world.
The applicable price shall be that shown on the website at the time the order is placed. Prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). The breakdown of the shipping costs will be listed separately in the order during the buying process. TRUCCO reserves the right to modify the prices of products on sale at any time and with no prior notice, although any such modifications shall not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
When a product sells out at the online store, it may no longer be viewed. If additional stock is received the item will be reactivated.
If you wish to locate a product from our online store at a physical store, note down the reference number given in the product specifications and contact the store.
Online orders are subject to stock availability in our warehouses. In the event of supply incidents or if an item is out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered a replacement item of an equal or lower price. Alternatively, you will be refunded for the amount paid for the items that were not included in your order.
e) Receiving TRUCCO news
In order to receive sales information about our brand and the online store, you must enter your email address in the corresponding box on the website entitled ‘Receive Newsletter’, which can be accessed from the left-hand menu at any time whilst browsing.
If you no longer wish to receive sales information, go to the section entitled ‘My account’ if you are registered with the site and ask to unsubscribe from commercial news and communications. If you are not registered with the website, go to the ‘Unsubscribe’ link that appears at the bottom of all our sales information.
f) Problems with your password
If you are already registered with the website but are unable to remember the password to access your personal account, you must apply for a new one in the ‘Registration’ section. We will send instructions of how to proceed to the email address you provided when registering.
g) Order status
If you have placed an online order and would like to check its status, go to ‘My account’ and then ‘My orders’, where you can view a list of all the purchases you have made. Click on the order you wish to obtain details of.
Returns for items bought online can be done in the following ways:
If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days after placing your order to exchange it for any size or request a refund. It’s very simple!
You can make the return:
- Free store return. Find the nearest store in Spain (Trucco outlet, multibrand stores, El Corte Ingles or Aena not available).
- Free home pick-up.
- Return to Post Offices.
i) Faulty or incorrect items
If you have received an item in poor condition or that does not coincide with your order, send a message to our Customer Service Department including details of the order the item was included in. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the incident.

At the moment it is not possible to accumulate your online purchases on your Club Estilo loyalty account. We are currently working on making this possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
n) I am a Club Estilo member of TRUCCO. Can I redeem my loyalty discount for online purchases made, on my loyalty card account?
At the moment it is not possible to redeem your loyalty discounts for accumulated online purchases. We are currently working on making this possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
o) I am a Club Estilo member of TRUCCO. Can I view my online orders, my accumulated discounts from purchases and/or modify my personal details?
At the moment, the section hosting this information is not available on our website. We are currently working on making this possible as soon as we can. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you require any further information, you may contact any one of our local stores in Spain (excluding outlets) whom can facilitate you with this information.
If you need to make a complaint, send an e-mail to our Customer Service with the details of the issue. We will contact you back as soon as possible in order to solve it. Please, bear in mind that all the issues will be processed through online channel and not in the stores.
