Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the address you provide, as long as it is within our delivery area:

  • Spain and Portugal
  • Other European Union countries (availability upon request)

You will receive an email from our logistics operator with delivery information.

Balearic Islands

  • Orders from Monday to Thursday: 48 hours
  • Orders from Friday to Sunday: up to 4 days

International

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any item after your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.


How to Request a Return?

To initiate a return, you must contact us through the contact form available on the website, indicating:

  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return

Once we receive your request, we will respond with instructions to process the return.


Return at Pickup Point (GLS)

We offer the possibility to make returns through a GLS pickup point:

  • Spain (Mainland): free return
  • International returns: cost of €14

After contacting us within the 30-day period, we will provide you access to deposit the package at a nearby GLS pickup point, without needing to print a label (you will receive a code or QR code by email).


Return at Your Own Expense

You can also make the return by sending the package on your own, assuming the shipping costs.

Shipping Conditions

  • We do not accept shipments with freight collect or cash on delivery
  • We recommend requesting a tracking number from the carrier
  • TRUCCO is not responsible for packages not received at the warehouse
  • Shipments must be made during morning hours (08:00 to 15:00)

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with their original tags
  • It is recommended to use the original packaging or one that guarantees proper protection

Refund

Once the merchandise is received at our warehouses and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the purchase.

The maximum refund period is 14 calendar days, which may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.


Exchanges

We do not process exchanges for items purchased online.

If you need a different size or model, you must return the item and place a new order.

The refund will be made using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.
