This document establishes the conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products on it (hereinafter, the "Terms").

By placing an order on truccoshop.com, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

TRUCCO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with the current Terms at the time of purchase being applicable.

The user declares to be 18 years of age or older and to have legal capacity to contract.

TRUCCO reserves the right to cancel orders or accounts if fraudulent or bad-faith use is detected.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products offered are available for:

  • Spain and Portugal
  • European Union countries (check availability)

In case of stock shortage after placing an order:

  • The customer will be notified
  • A refund will be processed without delay

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices include applicable taxes.

Payment is made through Shopify's secure checkout via:

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay / UnionPay
  • SeQura (deferred payment, if available)

TRUCCO does not store banking data. Payments are processed through certified secure platforms.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping terms, costs, and timeframes are detailed in the Shipping section of the website.

In general:

  • Spain and Portugal:
    • €3.95 (free from €95)
  • Europe:
    • €14 (free from €175)

Estimated timeframes:

  • Mainland: 24–72 hours
  • Balearic Islands: 48 hours – 4 days

We do not ship to:

  • Canary Islands
  • Ceuta
  • Melilla
  • Countries with customs procedures

7. DELIVERY AND INCIDENTS

If delivery to the address is not possible:

  • The courier will contact the customer
  • The order may be deposited at a pickup point

If the order is not picked up and is returned to origin:

  • The amount for the products will be refunded
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded

8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

How to request a return

The return must be requested through the website contact form, indicating:

  • Order number
  • Items to return

Once the request is received, TRUCCO will provide instructions for processing it.

  • Spain (Mainland): free
  • International: €14
  • Access to the system will be provided after request (not public)

2. Return at customer's expense

Terms:

  • Collect on delivery shipments are not accepted
  • Tracked shipping is recommended
  • TRUCCO is not responsible for undelivered shipments

Return conditions

  • Items in perfect condition
  • With original tags
  • Unworn

Important: TRUCCO operates exclusively online, so returns are not accepted in physical stores.

9. REFUNDS

The refund will be processed:

  • To the same payment method
  • Within a maximum of 14 calendar days

TRUCCO may retain the refund until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

10. EXCHANGES

Direct exchanges are not offered.

The customer must:

  1. Request a return
  2. Place a new order

11. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case of a defective product:

  • The customer must contact Customer Service
  • TRUCCO will cover return costs
  • Replacement, repair, or refund will be processed

Legal warranty of 3 years from delivery.

12. LIABILITY

TRUCCO will not be liable for:

  • Technical or connection failures
  • Service interruptions
  • Misuse of the website
