FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your data for the following purposes:

• a) To offer you our products, services and promotions when you subscribe to our loyalty program in our stores, by subscribing to the newsletter on our website or by creating an account on our online sales platform.
  In this case, the data we process about the data subjects are as follows: Name and Surname, Address, ID to identify you in case you wish to identify yourself in our stores and do not present your membership card, telephone, email and date of birth.
  The legal basis for processing data in this case is the consent of the data subjects and the data may be communicated to companies in the group of our company GJ WEB S.L. as well as to service providers responsible for data processing such as information technology providers (a platform provider for example, or a software provider), franchisees and general suppliers in order to provide the service described at the beginning of this section (communication delivery companies, profile creation companies).
  We retain the data until deletion is requested by the data subject.
  Regarding the website, navigation can be carried out completely anonymously and our web server will only retain a series of public and freely accessible data for strictly statistical purposes: the domain name or Internet access provider's IP address, the date and time of access to our website and the Internet address from which the hyperlink leading to our website was posted.
