Shopping Guide
Shopping at TRUCCO is very easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Select your products
Browse through the different sections and click on the product you're interested in.
In the product details:
- Choose size and color
- Select the quantity
- Click "Add to cart"
Once added, you can:
- Continue shopping
- Or go to your cart to review your order and proceed to checkout
2. Review your cart
From your cart you can:
- View your order summary
- Modify quantities or remove products
- Apply discounts if applicable
When everything is correct, click "Proceed to checkout".
3. Enter your details
During checkout you can:
- Shop as a guest or sign in with your account
- Enter your shipping address
- Select the available shipping method
4. Select payment method
You can pay securely using:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Other methods available at checkout (such as Shop Pay or installment payments, if enabled)
5. Confirm your order
Click "Pay now" to complete your purchase.
Once payment is confirmed:
- You'll see an order summary on the screen
- You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details
6. Track your order
You can check the status of your order at any time from:
My account > My orders
Additionally, you'll receive email notifications with shipping and delivery information.
