How can I find my size?
You can consult our sizing guide available on each product page.
If you have any doubts, you can write to us at trucco@truccoshop.com and we will help you choose the right size.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified.
If you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been prepared or shipped, you will need to manage a return through the online channel.
Where is my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
You can also check its status in:
My Account > My Orders
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Spain (Mainland): 24–72 hours
- Balearic Islands: 48 hours – 4 days
- Europe: check according to destination
Delivery times are calculated from order confirmation.
What are the shipping costs?

How can I make a return?
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.
To request a return, you must do so through the contact form on the website, indicating:
- Order number
- Items to return
Once we receive your request, we will send you the instructions.
Important: TRUCCO operates exclusively online, which is why returns are not accepted in physical stores.
Do I have to pay for the return?
- Spain (Mainland): free via GLS point
- International: €14
- Shipping on your own: cost is the customer's responsibility
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the return and verify the condition of the items:
- The refund will be made to the same payment method
- Within a maximum of 14 calendar days
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need another size or model, you will need to:
- Request a return of the item
- Place a new order

- Other methods available at checkout (such as Shop Pay or installment payment, if active)
