How can I know my size?
You can consult our size guide available in the product sheet for each item.
If you have any doubts, you can write to us at trucco@truccoshop.com and we will help you choose the right size.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified.
If you need to cancel it, contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been prepared or shipped, you will need to process a return through the online channel.
Where is my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can also check its status in:
My Account > My Orders
How long does my order take to arrive?
- Spain (Mainland): 24–72 hours
- Balearic Islands: 48 hours – 4 days
- Europe: consult according to destination
The timeframes start counting from order confirmation.
What are the shipping costs?

How can I make a return?
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order.
To request it, you must do so through the website contact form, indicating:
- Order number
- Items to return
Once we receive your request, we will send you the instructions.
Important: TRUCCO operates exclusively online, so returns are not accepted at physical stores.
Do I have to pay for the return?
- Spain (Mainland): free through GLS pickup point
- International: €14
- Shipping at your own cost: the cost is borne by the customer
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the return and verify the condition of the items:
- The refund will be made to the same payment method
- Within a maximum of 14 calendar days
Can I exchange an item?
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need another size or model, you must:
- Request a return of the item
- Place a new order
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Other methods available at checkout (such as Shop Pay or installment payment, if active)
