Shipping Types
Standard shipping. Cost €3.95 (free for orders over €95 to Spain or Portugal). Delivery 24-72 hours from order confirmation. Cost €14 for the rest of Europe
Where can I receive my order?
At the delivery address you indicate to us, provided it is within the delivery area (Spain and Portugal) We also make shipments to other EU countries, please inquire.
You will receive an email from our logistics operator to inform you when the order will be delivered to the requested delivery address.
You can check at any time the status of your order shipment in the "My account" section, within "My orders".

Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and those countries where customs procedures are required.
Delivery Times
Mainland
24 hours from order confirmation for orders placed Monday to Thursday. 72 hours from order confirmation for orders placed Friday to Sunday.
Balearic Islands
48 hours from order confirmation for orders placed Monday to Thursday. 4 days from order confirmation for orders placed Friday to Sunday.
Canary Islands
Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands and those countries where customs procedures are required.
International

Returns
If after your purchase you are not satisfied with any item, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request its return.
How to request a return?
To initiate a return, you must contact us through the contact form available on the website, indicating:
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
Once we receive your request, we will respond with instructions for processing the return.
Return at delivery point (GLS)
We offer the possibility of making the return through a GLS collection point:
- Spain (Mainland): free return
- International returns: cost of €14
- Canary Islands: the customer must manage shipping at their own expense
After contacting us within the 30-day period, we will provide you with access to deposit the package at a nearby GLS point, without the need to print a label (you will receive a code or QR by email).
Return at your own expense
You can also make the return by sending the package on your own, assuming the shipping costs.

Important conditions:
- Shipments with postage due or cash on delivery are not accepted
- We recommend requesting a tracking number from the carrier
- Trucco is not responsible for packages not received in the warehouse
- Shipments must be made during morning hours (08:00 to 15:00)
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original tags
- It is recommended to use the original packaging or similar packaging that guarantees its protection
Refund
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and its condition verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the purchase.
The maximum period for refund is 14 calendar days, which may vary depending on the banking entity or payment platform.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed for items purchased online. A return of the item will be processed in the online channel. The refund of the returned item will be made through the online store using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
